A New World

Since the introduction of ‘Beyond the Horizon’ players have had the opportunity to discover and explore the complete new continent of South America.  As well as the land itself there are also six new ports awaiting sailors which stretch along the west coast and serve as trading bases in the new world.  Circumnavigating the world is also now possible using the Cape Horn route.

This brings you past the Magellan Supply station at the tip of South America on to the Mayan city of Salinas.  These make up the bulk of the current expansion since there are heaps of new adventures to experience in this tropical city.
 

Taking part in high level area quest series will bring player groups past snakes, Mayan guards, and many more dangerous creatures which are lurking in the jungle.  At the end of your voyage a hidden Mayan instance awaits you with the promise of valuable treasure.  San Diego and Cruz are also worth a visit as well as the first glamorous metropolis along the western coast of North America, better known as San Francisco.

For those who have had enough of more tropical climes, you can also set sail for the coast of Alaska.  Bitterly cold temperatures and the snow-covered city of Seward await more advanced sailors who are ready to face up to this dangerous world.
