
We will perform a maintenance on Wednesday 09th June 2010 between 11:00 and approx. 15:00 CEST on our support system. During this downtime we will upgrade our current system. By doing this we will be a lot faster in answering your inquiries sent to us. Please do not send new tickets to our support during the maintenance!
The new tool offers you many new features for your convenience. For example: a brand new FAQ with an easy to use search function to look up a solution for your imminent issue. Or looking up your old, new and ongoing tickets you sent to the support. You can also check the status of your latest tickets.
Please note that for now you cannot log into the new tool with your gaming account. To write a ticket you will have to register a separate account on the customer support website. You can obtain the account by signing up there when writing your first ticket. The account details will then be sent to your email address. If you send in a new ticket, you’ll receive some predefined answers. If these answers don’t solve your problem, you have to press the submit button again, otherwise the ticket won’t be sent to our customer support.
The system and FAQ will be visually and content wise upgraded within the next weeks.
